In 84 days? Get the fuck out of here. First of all, anyone who has any knowledge what so ever about photography can tell that this image has been edited big time in Photoshop. And secondly it takes 3-4 years to go from before to after.
The formula to weight loss is easy...Eat less & exercise more! If you remember this on your weight loss journey it'll be a piece of cake* (which you can eat but not the whole damn thing. lol.) Now put the rest of those chips and dip down and bust a sweat!!! (5-6 days a week for 1 hour!! Add resistance training and interval cardio sessions and you'll see your body change quickly. Don't eliminate nothing from your diet...just eat less of it...Trust me I lost 60 pounds in 8 months.

Yes it's possible to do that in 84 days, however, nobody will ever be able to do that following Doug's routine. In order to do that what Doug claims he did in 84 days a person would have to be geneticaly superior, he would have to have a history of weightlifting and he would have to use several substances, not necessarily steroids. Your average fat/scrawny dude reading his instructions... will NOT become ripped in 3 months, not even twice that.

heh 84 days yeah right probably have to buy one of those "magic muscle grover machine. only 2 minutes per day, and it is fun to use". Realisticly from left to right takes about a year or 2. If that person has predisposition for good muscle grow and fast metabolism
do lots of cardio then, jog for 2mins, sprint for 1min, repeat as much as you can until you can run no more.
unless you meant you want to get big, which would involve lifting heavy weights using low repetitions, and doing compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, shoulder press, bench press etc
interval training you mean, i do that also.. works great for fat loss, your body gets confused because of your heart rate bouncing up and down between low 120s when walking and high 140s when joggning *thumbs up!*
im 16 and i weight 12 stone and im not sayin im solid muscle i got flat stomach but not a six pack my main biggest areas are my back,chest,shoulder and tricep they r big and i dont even go to a gym all i use is a set of dumbbels a pull up bar and those strechy rubber bands.Half hour on each part of those areas i listed with no breaks in between and in a month i guarantee u will gain between 8 and 12 lbs of muscle and i know this coz my friend now does this workout and weighed himself in a month

It's because you're still young and your body isn't secreting enough testaterone yet. When you hit about 17-18 you'll see a larger improvement in your musculature.
All people grow differently too.
Annnnnd! You should be eating a well-balanced diet of 55-60%Carbs 25-30%fat and 10-15% protein. Carbs are essential for weight training because that's what the muscles use when you're working out.
Most people don't notice any real results in till about 6 - 12 months in (even with the right diet)
It's physically impossible to gain a huge amount of muscle in a couple of months, you're body wont allow it. which is why videos like these and adverts like "gain 20lbs of muscle in 6 weeks" are scams

3 month you will see some good change but never that much I'm a bodybuilder and I can tell you that is not real go watch the movie bigger stronger faster and look at the part tthat they talk about before and after pic

3 hours a week for 3 weeks.

3 or 4 workouts a week (one hour) for 12 weeks. Yeah... that's about right.
I only trained my abs once per week (about 3 to 4 minutes) for the last 8 weeks. That was the best part.
Eccentrics is the key... and lots of fruits and veggies!! :-)

(part 2 ) the second body obviously is over 95kg ! or maybe he is 50% empty inside ... , you dont loose weight only from the middle like your belly, for that there are medical interventions .
3. - IS NOT HEALTHY ! to do any weight loss in a short period! your health is more important.
(best way is stop fckin eating so much, if that doesnt work then is a medical problm, i lost 14kg eating the same things as every day, eat less and do it during the day not in the evening)
