Then, I tried standing with a moderate waver, and all I got was injured. But ever since I tried standing firmly, I have gotten the results I've always wanted. And I did it in only 83 days.

  • Yes it's possible to do that in 84 days, however, nobody will ever be able to do that following Doug's routine. In order to do that what Doug claims he did in 84 days a person would have to be geneticaly superior, he would have to have a history of weightlifting and he would have to use several substances, not necessarily steroids. Your average fat/scrawny dude reading his instructions... will NOT become ripped in 3 months, not even twice that.

    unless you meant you want to get big, which would involve lifting heavy weights using low repetitions, and doing compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, shoulder press, bench press etc

  • im 16 and i weight 12 stone and im not sayin im solid muscle i got flat stomach but not a six pack my main biggest areas are my back,chest,shoulder and tricep they r big and i dont even go to a gym all i use is a set of dumbbels a pull up bar and those strechy rubber bands.Half hour on each part of those areas i listed with no breaks in between and in a month i guarantee u will gain between 8 and 12 lbs of muscle and i know this coz my friend now does this workout and weighed himself in a month

    Annnnnd! You should be eating a well-balanced diet of 55-60%Carbs 25-30%fat and 10-15% protein. Carbs are essential for weight training because that's what the muscles use when you're working out.

    That being said, with only 3 one-hour workouts a week I don't believe it can be...

    Note that this comment comes from a figure/fitness competitor who drastically changes her body in 3 months while preparing for a comp... BUT while training 6 days per week and for 2 hours each session and not once cheating... in 3 months, very different!
