wel, in the United Kingdom buildings are moved all the time. recently an ex-railway station was moved from one spot to another. they took it down brick by brick and rebuit it brick by brick. maybe that's how?

You carefully dismantle it into pieces, then put it on a freighter (or several), ship it to the new spot, then re-asmble it.

It's getting more common for houses to be moved this way.

Mhm for example take a look at wikipedia and search for the "London Bridge". The whole building was brought stone for stone to Arizona after the John Mowlen Corporation baught it 18th april 1968.

So this szene is not unrealistic... it can happen. Btw there are no real Ghosts in real Live... so its no use to complain about unrealistic things... but the story with the castle maybe is possible.
