I'd take this over goregrind most definitely, I love heavy music especially brutal like this, but goregrind seriously just gets entirely to ridiculous and sick, Cannibal Corpse is sick but not to an extreme extent like goregrind, overall goregrind is more or less a genre that you screw around and have fun in, not really real music.
