His Holiness The karmapa understand that.tyhis is not out of respect. thatis his duty as a caretaker.he could be anywhere some time even infrontof his holiness the Dalai lamaif he sees something is wrong around. But the Dalai lama show great respect to Karmapa by touching forehead. thats all the matter.
@tenzincwoesung - I'm not talking about the relation between the Lamas do not overinterpret my remark., caretaker or not there is a protocol he has to stick to. I know the customs OK.
