I would suggest it is more an mixture of:

Autoclicker/Macro, a nicely aligning pilot, some type of ping correction ^^ and really good gunner-skills

you cannot detonate the missle before it hits the target, the reason some of these kills seem off is because of the hitbox lag on jets. it is a common problem on bf2.
