I like how it is plugged into a dryer outlet for testing. hobart does make some great equipment

My family has been in the restaurant business for 60 years. Grand dad bought a Hobart 80 quart mixer in the 50s that is still running strong. Hobart builds incredible quality machines.

I'd like to have it back. Sold :-(
the mixer is sitting on a piano dolly,hence the movement.
