  • Omg you people are crazy!!! Such pussies!! Nothing is wrong with petting a mountain lion that is tame. Quit watching so much brainwashing mainstream media. The animals that attack have neglecting and irresponsible owners. I have a ranch in Texas and my mountain lion is a big baby house cat!! They are not the vicious attack prone monster you people think!! Leave responsible exotic pet owners alone...

  • Fact: The defining line between big cats and small cats is the ability to roar vs. the ability to purr (respectively). The cougar is a large cat, but it's not classified as a big cat (genus Panthera) because it can purr and can't roar. It is instead the largest member of the genus Felis.

  • Also, for some reason, I want to send this to RayWilliamJohnson.

  • @RazorStormInc Yeah, I am sure a lot of people would like to send a mountain lion to RayWilliamJohnson too.

  • @Regor2010 If they're trained right it's perfectly safe. I've had my Jaguar for 5 years (Though That Still Leaves Time For Him To Play A Little Too Rough). One time my Uncle Allen threw a Frisbee and hit me in the eye. And Qaletaqa, being the smart cat that he is, bit my Uncle Allen in the ass.

  • sounds like an engine

  • hahaha! "who's a happy kitty???" i got to pet Jack Hannah's snow leopard once and it was purring about that loud.

  • Holy shit he pet it

  • that would have been fucking great if grabbed a hold of him and ripped his arm off!!!!!

  • @13scott71

    HURRRRR YEAH!!!! P.S. I'm 13 year old

    moron

  • i dont care how cute the purr is, im still not gonna touch that thing.

  • omfg tht was so cuteeee

  • oh my damn!! that's a-ma-za-zing!!

**did anyone get my slight references

  • I was climbing the hill behind my gradmother's house when I heard a sound like this coming from a dense thicket. I thought it was a bear snoring!

  • From the gloves you're wearing, I figure that you're a trained professional who actually works with these cats and you know what you're doing.

I would NEVER stick MY fingers in there like that!

  • yay. haha. im getting one soon.

  • The louder they purr the happier they are too. :-)

  • @EllenRebecca3 they dont always purr just cos there happy, they also purr when injured or distressed, my old cat came home with half his jaw smashed to bits by a car and was purring his head off, which i found strange but its frequency is supposed to promote healing, dont know if thats true, but he was purring with a broken jaw

  • @damafia29 The healing part isn't true, but I know what that's about - They purr to reassure themselves or others, it's their way of communicating a soothing tone.

  • @EllenRebecca3 im not sure now as the more i read about it certain frequency's and vibrations do actually help to heal, so it could be true

  • "who´s a happy kitty?"

    lol

  • yeah they purr real loud and then when you get close they go FOOOD RAROORARRA CHOMP CHEW SWALLOW UR DEAD :)

  • purr engine lol

  • thats one happy cat

  • @obeygiant10: That's one happy BIG cat. ~Nya!

  • Woah. Sounds like an engine.

  • wow!

  • Is your hand some hot dogs for the lion?
