LIU XIANG of China ran the 110HH at 13.12 back in 2001 when he was 18 years old, but the wind reading was a 2.4 meters/second, so it didn't count.

i am about to run 300 hurdles in the GA state track meet and William Wynne will be there. There is a chance that he will be in the same heat as me, since there are only two. He can run the 300s about 4 seconds faster than i can, he's incredible. I am excited to get to see him race and maybe even race against him.
