If Jimi had made songs with effects and technology of the 90s they would have sounded very different. I don't think this version beats Jimi for feeling and emotion but the Cure certainly have both too so this is definitely good! Thanks for uploading!!

I love this. I would give two thumbs only one of mine is leaking pus due to my incessant crystal meth pickings. Please help me baby, ow, help me!!! The Cure have, and will always be one of my 'get to' and 'jump off ' bands. They demark a period in my life much like Violent Femmes or Bauhaus or, even later, Janes Addiction. Were I to have kids, these are songs by bands that they would certainly hear. Hell, I play them to other peoples childeren on the sly...Ps- Have you met Bob Dobbs?

I have always loved this song but when Robert sings it , there is just a pure sexiness about it!! Hot damn!! Robert is so gorgeous and wonderful!! He did a wonderful job on this song!!
