f, hcb, f + 1. you can only do this if the height is at high or mid and if feet of opponent is towards you.

Yeah, Steve Fox between Tekken 4 and 5 is a great example when it comes to voice changes.

I think this is an another Armor King. Since King and Marduk became friends and (this) Armor King attacked Marduk after the last King of Iron Fist Tournament. I guess someone who knew the old Armor King felt that King didnt take full revenge by letting Marduk live. So that person took the black jaguar mask and Armor King's identity and wants to do what King 'failed' to do. Kill Marduk.
