You are right bud. Just sad that a RC company in this day and age, with money tight acts the way they did. Plus they got $600 dollars outa me and I never did like the bike so I'm jaded for sure!
I have to put in my two cents about Venom and their business practices. I ordered a 1/5 scale bike from them. I waited two weeks and no word. Not a tracking number or anything. So I called the company and they were rude as hell. They said they didn’t mail out orders all the time and did I want to be put at the front of the line. Like they only do work every couple of weeks. I chalked it up to a mishap and the same thing happened. I wouldn’t buy the cure for cancer from these guys.
@RealCujo Always order from a reputable distributor, like A-Main, Stormer, or Tower. They specialize in taking and typically can track orders, usually through Fed-Ex or UPS. Customer Service? All I got is be diplomatic and don't take anything personally. Bottom Line: Only on very rare occasions should you ever order directly from the manufacturer. Sometimes the distributors can get stuff the manufacturer just announced for a discount.
The RC firetruck looked kind of goofy. Need more plane news.
