Try to get rid of all spyware first.
I could by that either XP, or Vista is wrong there are a lot of anti-spywear programs that report false-positives, look like spyware but are not spyware.
How do you fix your computer if it is already infected with spyware?
Like on the infected computer i try downloading something or going on to cnet but it says that webpage might be harmful to your computer and so i can't download it.
I also have 2 computers one is infected the other is fine. The one that is fine is Windows Vista.
P.S. the computer that is infected with spyware is windows XP

Get some Anti-virus software e.g.
AVG
a-suared-free
Update it; then Run it; Ask it to remove Viruses... It can take a few hours to sacn.
This will fix most viruses
Check "A Computer Portal" listed on this video and in the description for some Anti-Virus software

Sorry I still use XP.

I think Restore can only handle simple programs..
It does not so far as I know Re-Install them.. This is what you will probably have to do, sorry.
