@oscar2034 Sorry i didnt understand the question but are you asking if they do mess up your throat? It depends if you cant sceam properly its def going to mess up your throat. If you inhale the wrong way its going to hurt your throat and you're going to cough a lot lol. but the first time ou try it it might bother your throat a bit due to the fact your throat has to be roughed up a bit to get use to the feel. if you have any questions feel free to message me :]
