  • Wow dude I can cut a boneless ribeye piece in like 5 minutes and that includes trimming it down and making it look pretty!!! And Im a girl!!!

  • Business must be slow, we cut, trim and wrap about 200-230 ribeyes in about 15- 25 minutes; that's usually about 13-17 loins. 2 of us and we also have to cut the ribs off, and bone the ribs out, unless it's a prime rib roast, or special request. WE HAUL ASS, and wear cutting gloves, use the band saw and cuss alot lol. Shit even our 61 year old meat cutter cuts 5x as fast as this dude. Then again our boss is a nazi with a bull whip.

  • nice marbling on those steaks. i think your trimming is alright. cut it like u would for your own mother. if u wouldn't give it to your mother then don't give it to mine; i always say. rib eye is a premium steak so it should be trimmed. only thing is u should go to a curved steak knife...12". You'll like it for the big cuts.
