I really enjoyed Oblivion and Skyrim, but Morrowind is still my favourite, and my favourite game of all time. Skyrim really just feels like a refined Oblivion, and the setting is way too familiar and safe. Tamriel is full of interesting locations, but Bethesda doesn't seem particularly compelled to visit them. Let's see Valenwood or Elsweyr! Dragons and barbarian Norsemen are a dime a dozen.

@Garpgasm that sir, if memory serves is the 2nd expansion pack which added a snow land where you end up building a city, as well as having an entire quest line involving fighting werewolfs, WHICH you get infected and if you choose not to cure the disease, there is a bunch of werewolf quests instead.
