  • So so kocell

  • Everything I know about high culture I learned from Felix.

  • maybe it is me but I just can not find anything funny about Oscar's jokes

  • i love OC...but these opera shows are a bore

  • thanks needle nose lol

  • thanks needl nose lol

  • I can just imagine Oscar and Howard as roommates.

  • She took Stevie Wonder's classic and immortalized it through opera..Awesome!!!

  • @cornerstone1019 excuse me but there is nothing opera about that song. She just sings it in the voice of a soprano.

  • Where ever you got this version... thank you... bacause the dvd released from CBS video cut the end singing scene due to music rights. Thanks again!!!

  • just a piece of it is Cleveland.

  • The Game they show is Jets-Bengals from the old Riverfront Stadium in Cincy but the stadium they show is the old Municipal Stadium in Cleveland.

  • namath!! the jets need him back!!

  • Martina Arroyo sounded terrific!

  • i wish some relative of yours would die and leave you some wax fruit thats was a great Felix line i liked that show the odd couple Cosell was boring

  • Alex Karras took the time out to make blazing saddles 1974

  • That was Roon Arledge, the man who invented/ created Monday Night Football!

  • Dumb question. I only started watching the NFL in 1983-84, i did not know Alex Karras later co-star of "Webster' was the analyst on MNF.

I thought for the first 12years, it was always Howard, Gifford and Dandy Don. Can someone confirm the oringal MNF team until Cossell left please thanks?

  • I love how after the opening moments of the sports show (insults) it goes on break and we see Howard and Oscar slapping at each other like to little boys! FUNNY! It's real quick, so watch it is too funny!

  • "You know what you just did? For the first time in broadcasting history you've got an audience rooting for Howard Cosell!"

You know ESPN really glorifies Howard. Fact is, yes he's a legend, but I grew up loving to hate him as did the rest of the nation.

In Woody Allen's "SLEEPER" while Woody's in the future he confirms, among other things, the new society's theory on video artifacts of Howie and ABC Sports.

    Thanks for posting.

  • Yes sir, Howard you've got a great voice. It grates on everyone.

    LOLOL

  • Oscar and Howard were so intent on getting the best of each other... neither of them noticed that the Bengals changed their uniforms after they ran onto the field.

  • Not true.

  • look how od nice

  • This particular episode was and even now later on is still hysterical.

  • Namath vs Paul Brown's Bengals!Felix reading jokes!LOL

  • omg this is toooo funny lmao i love this part of the episode
