@moosegue This deer was taken in Georgia. Here, you don't need a license until you're 16 and then you must complete a hunter safety course to receive it. Until 16 you're permitted to hunt with out one as long as you're with a licensed hunter.

Glad you liked it. We still laugh every time we watch it! Scott took this deer two season's ago, and although he hunted VERY hard this year, he has not been able to get his second deer yet. Maybe next season!

I know it sometimes seems as though we wish we could see more action or get more chances...but honestly through years of experience I've learned whole heartedly that it can make each harvest even more special if we are not rewarded as often.

Our season opens in Sept. and ends in Dec. and I had to wait till the end of my third year on Dec. 3rd second to last weekend to get my first Deer :D Well worth the wait.
