I lived off of exit 59-Bell Rd. My old place flooded back in May. I wish traffic was always this light on 24. lol

30-35 mins under good driving conditions. Take a little longer during rush hour. Also you have to be careful as there are drivers that travel under the speed limit and sometimes ever hit the breaks for no unknown reason, and of corse you have a few speeders to. Other than bad drivers it is a good area to live in.
