Also depends on how you use him. If you put him as a playmaker, he wouldn't have the same amount of goals because he would be creating them like in Barca. Also Messi is a great goal scorer and had show it in Barca and mid you, most of his goals were created by him. The key is making him feel comfortable like any other player

im a united fan and i must say cristiano ronaldo is a very special player. But no one can really compare to the "King" Ronaldo. Just have to remember his hat-trick at OT. His goals in 02 world cup and performances at Barca and Inter, and the beginning of Real. and his stepovers are done in a passive way, his body ballance is behind the ball, unlike ronaldo de lima, who does the stepovers on top of the ball and a lot closer to the ball making every stepover seem like the start of a sprint and not a flurry of leg movement that only prevents the defensive player from attacking the ball. Cristiano´s stepovers are different and in my opinion worst than those of Ronaldo.
