I think Brits job is alot harder because to walk around and sing while your dancers dance is easy but when it comes to dancing you have to remember so much choreography and on top of that you have to do it to music so just imagine if you do 10 songs for each concert how much choreography is crammed in your head.
Singers work so much and so hard on just making an album they do not want to bothered with learning choreography as well
When it comes to her not really singing she use to sing live most of the time but when her album in the zone came out she started lip singing but she would sing live for her slow songs such as everytime.
There are not really any artist who do what Britney does most pop singers just walk around stage singing while there dancers dance but Britney herself said she loves to dance and could not see her life without it.
