My 4 week old budgie had a nice adventure out of his cage, and while he was flapping about near the window, he lost a feather...

When I picked the feather up, there was some blood on the tip...???

Is this normal ?????

no offense but my budgies way cuter than that! ppl say males r better, but i love my hand fed female! we have a male with scaly face we r going take to the vet today. but hes a cage bird... my Echo "cleans" facial hair like eyelashes, eyebrows, beards, and stubble(on my dad). is that regular budgie behavior?
