I'm 17 and I just can't get it up, but it's not my diet, ( I eat 250g. protein a day), could you please help me out?
I will tell you how its bad form. Bar sits too high. Upper back and shoulder blades not tight enough. He's not sitting back. His ass needs to come out more. Needs low back work. His head come s down a few times. His head is never up enough. His chest doesn't stay up at the bottom.

Take the time to do this shit or at least read of it before you knock something you have no comprehension of. Took a look at your channel to get informed, thought you could educate my on the *proper way* to do squats--because you're obviously an expert--all I saw were some WoW vids. When you want to get strong as much as you want to play games, come back and then chime in, bitch
That's just spinal compression from having the weight on your back. Once you lie down for a while (sleep) it will go back to normal. Spinal compression is even apparent with no weight on your back at all - it's the reason you're taller in the morning than before bed.

Anybody can put 4 plates on each side and perform sumo barerly parallel good morning lock outs. How many can sit down with 400 pounds with two feet wide stance, high bar and than go all the way straight! up. What I'm saying is there's difference between squat and a squat. Nobody want to do that anymore. Health concerns? Bullshit

Oh and lockouts don't really matter. By not locking out you prevent an otherwise more possible knee problem

That's just spinal compression from having the weight on your back. Once you lie down for a while (sleep) it will go back to normal. Spinal compression is even apparent with no weight on your back at all - it's the reason you're taller in the morning than before bed.
