I am 85% sure that the truck was empty or not heavy loaded. I believe that's why he was able to keep control. I, as a trucker might not have left the road. Truckers very often get killed going into the ditch at highway speed. @Ainivedl, its a natural human reaction to try to avoid a collision. However, one of the things that is taught in Training is that you don't swerve. I explain you why: its almost impossible to control a semi truck when swerving. What if the semi truck lost control and hit the car that was filming? it would have been a semi truck fault, cuz the black SUV would have not stopped. A lot of times, the person that caused the accident will not stop and than you have to explain with no evidence.
