i saw only a little of the newer 2005 film, of the (entering the candy room). it really sucks compared to the 1971. which i consider a so much better film, its music. the film brings back many memories of my childhood. its only goes to show you cant improve on the original. which is truly a magical film.

this year marks the 40th anniversary of this iconic movie. For that, WB is releasing it on bluray for the first time in a collector's set!!! I have that 25th ann. on vhs.
