anytime :) and do both! its good to have a balance of everything in life. my gym is closed on the 1st and today (the 2nd) so instead i'm going for either an hour's walk (not dawlding, but pacing myself) or a half hour run. this heat and sun just doesnt help :P anyway, good luck!!
