Sounds cool man! :) I was trying to transcribe this song and came on the same chords sort of, only the strumming is a bit different (might hear it different lol, this sounds good aswell). I personally think it sounds best with :

A major barre, C#m barre, D open, E open.

Also in the part that you do A->D I think A -> f#m sounds better.. matter of preference I guess :D

initial lines interesting use Gm, D and F

once the main rhythm starts, it uses Gm, Dm, F, Bb and D7 as well ...

I really like your tutorials very much including this from Paathshala,and I have learnt a lot from your videos However I would like to make a suggestion for the line 'tu rehta kahan' is for D chord.Instead of using D major, Dsus2 sounds more closer to the original. Kindly check whether I am right with my observation or not...Rest is perfect.

the note on "rehta" is F#, so the chord shud be D, bcos Dsus2 has D E A and not D F# A, let me know if that makes sense, or if u want to play the chord at another point where the note is E perhaps ....

if u r playing in the key of A, and the note where you want to position the chord is D or F#, you could play either D or Bm, both will be right and will sound good ...

will have to check the song to confirm again what they played .... i usually listen very carefully and try to give the original. ... but i will never give a chord is technically incorrect ...

I want to know how to maintain an acoustic guitar? I owned a HOFNER Acoustic Guitar HAS-D01, almost 1 year old. The main problem is the gap between the FRED BOARD & STRING is increased. I changed my string thrice but still the gap increased after 1 or two months & creates a problem in playing bar chords. Please suggest me how to maintain a guitar?

@ameydabhole hey .. i can suggest you that ur problem is common in guitars and occurs due to humidity or heat at the place. you a tool called "ALLEN" or "key" is used to adjust the Truss rod inside the guitar neck .. ask any shop ... it will provide you ... either do it yourself .. or get it done!...
