do you have a video of how to wrap a wound, my friend has two pitbull males and they are always getting hurt and it really hard to get them to lay down and let someone put a bandage on them. any tips?

my dog was bitten by another dog and his ear is completely chewed up but we cant afford to take him to vet so how can i take care of him? i used anti bacterial stuff for my dog but he still has blood on the spot
how can i help him out
