Its a house of the guy who organizes the festival. He's into the pianos himself so thats why. In another room is a grandpiano and a upright so during the festival there's always a party going on :D

You're taking me back to my high school days. About 1943 after school maybe 8-10 students would gather around the 2 grand pianos in the auditorium and 3 to a piano, pound away. Maybe I should get a keyboard and see if my 80 year old fingers have any dexterity left. That music not heard here in all that time.

it would be awesome to have you at a lake front jazz & blues festival next year which is basically where they close down the streets and it's a diferent artist at each intersection and along the sidewalks as well and then after the festival is done (at like midnight) all the artists go play at the pubs and stuff.
