I think it would be pretty neat if you could also use the new Pac-Man 4-player arcade game that came out not too long ago. Looks pretty fun

No, its a real MK4 cab, I use it for several JAMMA boards, including MK2, and UMK3

Noooo... Popeye is not rare at all. Its a standard Nintendo cab.

The exact same cab as DK, DK jr, and others.

You can get a nice condition Popeye for around $300.

Talk him down a bit...
