@superluigi6968 In the tutorial it should say, but I don't think so. It should have an install wizard and after you install it it will be in there as PluginPac Shatter 3D. It's kinda hard to use the first time.

it has a "lock"of some sort,and it will not let me touch the file post download...

i'll assume that norton doesn't like it,and that it's trying to make my decisions FOR me...
