i dunno why so many people are talking smak about her performance....to me it was a big highlight of coachella 08...and I've been there 3 yrs str8...it was mad packed, though.
i dunno, i saw kraftwerk, left during trans europa express, just to catch a glimpse, it was fun, but packed, i hated the little parts where she just stood there saying stuff, there wasn't much of a transition between songs. yelle was nice though. this set was pretty decent though
she created an environment that could have EASILY erupted into a riot. The gunshots, aggressive sound of her voice and music, and a NUMBER of displeased and loaded guests.
and heaven forbid, someone would actually had set off a real gun. no one would take ntoice.

Why would people start a riot? This is Coachella for godsakes; it's just MUSIC, not an execution or an abortion ritual.
If you're displeased with what's going on, there are FOUR other stages to go to. People just wanted her to perform and have a good time. It wasn't her fault they wouldn't turn off the lights.
Next time, if you don't like the performance, LEAVE and make room for the ones who wanted to be there, like ME.
I certainly wouldn't have bothered staying.. call that entertaining? Sirens airhorns gunshots and her yelling to turn the fucking lights out certainly isn't my idea of entertainment or music..
her gunshots are at all her shows. she just needed a bigger venue, that's why it was so crazy. IT WAS JAM-PACKED. she should have been performing on the main stage, i mean look at all these people crammed in there.
yeah i was there, the stupid gun shots would not stop, they were fucking loud and annoying. the organizers really fucked up putting her in that tent, even if it was the biggest of the three. it was so mega packed it was crazy. the energy was insane though.
wow this must have been an off day for her... first off she had no business being in a fucking tent cause she was at least in the top 5 most popular acts in the festival.. i saw her in Nyc and it was the BEST concert i've ever been to!
