Oklahoma has a much better history than Florida in college football that is a given. Tebow and Wuerfell are 2 of the best to ever play the position. I have a valid argument on that one. Wuerfell started 4 years and won the SEC every year, won a Heisman and a NC. Oklahoma has had some great QB's, just not sure they match up to those Gators.

He was a terrible thrower and only had a decent passer rating because the recievers he had around him were outstanding and caught all his off the mark passes. And Meyer used Teblows traits perfectly. @Jgunm9mm Just pointing out fact. I could care a less about the NFL. Only that the experts in the NFL whose job it is to evaluate talent, do have some bearing on a kids future....right or wrong. Sorry buddy but most people will agree with me that the SEC is a stronger conference. Most starters in the NFL by conference.....you guessed it...the SEC. That is a good litmus test on strength of conference if you ask me. Just my opinion of course.

@knightguy11 Ok well still your the one who said we are talking about COLLEGE quarterbacks. At the college level Jason White and Heupel were the best qb's around at their respected times, and in my opinion better qb's then tebow. And yes i do agree that the SEC is a slighty stronger conference, but not neccesarily better and i think there is just as much competition in the Big 12 (if that makes sense). And OU usually has a strong out of conference schedule (especially this year for example).

@knightguy11 No hatred. But I never did buy Teblows image of being a perfect saint or that Florida was the best team. So many arrests while Meyer was coach that no one EVER talked about because Tebow was there and everyone praised him. I got tired of seeing him celebrate over 3 or 4 yards runs or crying over every game lost. His in your face "I'm so holy" character is annoying. And when every Sooner fan saw this footage in the game, it only solidified that he was a douchbag and classless.

@knightguy11 Yea, Florida had great success with Tebow RUNNING the ball. He was a terrible thrower and only had a decent passer rating because the recievers he had around him were outstanding and caught all his off the mark passes. And Meyer used Teblows traits perfectly. Run as much as he throws and bleed the clock with. I'm not saying he wasn't successful. I'm saying Teblow is not a true QB, in that he can't pass accurately. And why did he have trouble taking snaps under center?

Pass Rating...06' 201.7 07' 172.5 08' 172.4 09' 164.2, his completion % was 06 66.7% 07' 66.9% 08' 66.4 09' 67.8. Tim did many things well passing, running....whatever was needed. You don't win the Heisman and the Maxwell(2X), and many others without being very good. He was 2nd in the Nation in 07' in passing efficiency. You are just way off buddy.

Now if you had half a brain to go and look at all the 2010 QB's percentages, youd see he has the same percentage as damn near every QB out there. Only the good QB's have a 70% or better. QB's like Andrew Luck, Kellen Moore, and Greg McElroy. And agian, the only reason Tebows percentage was even that good, was because his recievers were great. SO, sorry, his numbers were not "really" good

So when people say that, it's best not to listen because it's not true. Oklahoma was overrated that year and always will be every year.
