this kind of spirituality is why i became a christian. everywhere, from oprah to icke to genuine satan worship to wiccans to new age healers/shamans to pleadian believing contactees and any other sort of consciousness doctrine, its always, "you are God." we're anything but. its the same lie from the beginning and straight from the serpent's mouth. "ye shall be as gods" repacked to appeal to our vanity. nothing works better than tried and true flattery to convince us. the human race is not divine

@SlipAllCityToy i was raised catholic but never believed it. i considered myself atheist/agnostic 4 most of my life. in college i studied religions of all kinds, history, anthropology and social science in general and saw common threads existed in all religions. most disturbing is how most worship spirits (ancestor worship, shamanism, etc.) or are empowered by spirits/gods to rule over man (rome, ancient egypt, etc.). all of them essentially say man is god. the same lie throughout all history

@1moresaved cont. i believe those spirits/gods r the unclean spirits spoken of in the Bible. they r clever and know flattering us works well. i'm sure it feels good 2 consider yourself a god but u r not. if humans were they wouldn't need 2 B told they r. correlations exist from all sorts of spirituality nowadays. from alien believers 2 spirit world contactees 2 people like chopra spreading the philosophy of man as god. why the various forms of the same philosophy?whatever it takes 2 fool humans

@robbiekahuna I'm not a guru of any kind, so you are asking the wrong person...

From what I know, enlightenment means to know yourself... So, know yourself! People are a mirror of eachother. But you cannot know other people if you don't know (understand) yourself. So, go within, know yourself, and you shall be enlightened...
