I think Flower Soft is the stuff that model railroad users use to build grass and trees. But that's really just a guess. Because Flower soft is so unique in that if you hold it in your hands, each piece looks like a separate flower/snowflake. Plus, how she gets in so many wonderful colors I don't know. IMHO, I don't think it's worth trying to figure out how to make it, just get it and start playing. More play time the better, LOL! Thanks for the comment and let's start crafting!
