By the way is this sending blessings on the Prophet saw and his family? Wa Aale Muhammed? Im not sure. As a lot of salawats you find do not send blessings on the family as well..
@Yaz505@Yaz505 I would suppose you offer your prayers right? Who do you send salawat on when you recite Darood e Ibrahimi in Salat? A zikr without which according to both the Ulemah, ur Salat is incomplete and some has gone as far as declaring it void. Darood e Ibrahimi was thought by Prophet (PBUT) himself to Us, and in it he added his aal - his progeny - not wives. he did the same for Prophet Ibrahim as well. Please read the translation of Darood e Ibrahimi and u will find ur answer in it.
