@brandonreamer in a ratio of 1:1 the m may stress the f by bugging her too much (for some booty!). In 1:2 that is not a problem, but one of the fs will become dominant and harass the smaller one. In ratio of 1:3+ there should be no issues with ms or fs harassing the smallest. You could have 1 m and a f for every sq ft of footprint (LxW) you have, it is what determines the available room for dwarf cichlids. example, my 29g has the same footprint as my 20g (2.5 sq ft), so 1 pair for each tank.
the male looks like a triple red to me. You sure they are only doubles?

did you Apistogramma cacatuoides do well with your guppies?
i thinking of keeping 1 male or a smal 1:3 m:f to help with fry population control
