I was so surprised when I knew tha fact long time ago.

So this is Teresa's magic power!!

She made many fans forget who the original was, regarding her as the original.

I knew that this song has been around for ages... even before Teresa's time. My grandpa has heard it when he was really young. But I didn't know Goodbye my love wasn't her orignal? Who was the original Goodbye my love singer?

The original singer is Ann Lewis.

You can look up in Japanese Wikipedia by inputing "グッド・バイ・マイ・ラブ"(its original name).

Although Teresa had sung the Japanese version and made it famous in Japan, she is not the original singer of Japanese version.

I was too surprised after knowing this.

Some days ago, I didn't know who Ann Lewis is and I didn't know she ever sung the song.
