As far as binocular for watching planes, I have a pair of Bushnells 10x50 and I can't see much at 30,000 feet. I read that the Pentax 20x60 are good for that but the cheapest ones are $200. Also in Europe they sell the Visionary V70st Straight Spotting Scope 20-60x70mm and they even have a 20-60x90mm but they are only sold in Europe for like 150 British pounds.

Also, why would the German military (not government) be dropping small amounts of chaff all over it's own skies in long term campaigns that get the meteorologists up in arms? Little bits of aluminium from the sky are not a concern to anyone, however the chemtrails are.
