Ron Paul votes no so often because he believes the functions of government should be limited. I totally agree and I love the nick name Dr. No. I would like to recommend a book to like minded individuals. It is called "the Law" by Frederic Bastiat. It does a good job of explaining why limited government is the best logical solutions for everyone. It is only 82 pages long check it out.
I hope as Ron's campaign grows the music and creative production piece grows with it. As a non creative sort I find this aspect really jazzes me. Thanks!

Realistically no matter what Ron Pauls ultimate goal, he will not be able to eliminate the IRS in his presidential term(s). It requires congressional assistance and a huge reduction in government spending.
Ron Pauls opposition to immigration is predicated on the welfare state. The best solution is to eliminate subsidies for immigrants not build a fence.
Paul has said that he doesn't think a fence is the best way to enforce the Mexican border. I think he would use troops to enforce BOTH borders. And if we're not fighting BS wars like Iraq, we could do that.
Paul can get the ball rolling at the very least as far as the IRS as for illegals you're wrong we should build a fence as well as authorize the use of deadly force on the border. Illegal immigration is a bigger threat to America then what you may realize....

I just want to understand why anyone objects to what Ron Paul is saying. What's wrong with the Constitution that we should ignore it? Do you really feel that the American people are in anarchy and need more control? What is the real difference between things being controlled by the government and by the people at large? Is the government some sort of superior entity, or is it a collection of ordinary people who are given certain privileges to make decisions on our behalf?
Some people are statists (AKA socialists, although many self-professed socialists insist that's not true socialism) and thus oppose any deconstruction of the gummint leviathan. Remember the natural preference is for liberty; it's not easy to convince a man that he should want a master. When it's been done, those who take the master role will predictably oppose its undoing.

Excellent video! I absolutely love Ron Paul. Until I found Dr. Paul, I was researching other countries to move to because our future is so bleak with the criminals running our Gov and the criminal frontrunners of the 08' Presidential race. I think I'll stick around and spend my time promoting Ron Paul instead.

Correct, metroid. The founding fathers understood that problem (they called it "usurpation") very clearly and warned us about it often.
Ron Paul said he wants to be a strong president -- strong enough to resist the temptation to take power a president shouldn't have.
