  • Though i am 37 yrs old ,I am a beginer. I started walking /running to build some strength and get some energy. Doing it for the last 5 weeks or so. Dropped about 18 pounds. I am down to 205 but need to start working on muscles more now but i do not have a bench yet. Just two 15 lb dumbells and my own body weight. Your video seemed easy to understand and I look forward to checking out more of them.Do you have any on building uscle with your own body weight or free weight? Thanks for the video

  • @keith007123 One thing . Your 37 and use 2x15 lbs. Get some heavier dumbells. Seriously, im 13 and i use 2x16,5lbs. Anyways, good luck !

  • I came to this video to BUILD muscle. I'd be fucking Hercules if i could do this.

  • shoulder press. if ur grip is that wide that bar should never go beneth ur ears. and the curl. put ur elbows back and lift the bar to the roof not ur face. the way u do it ur bis get use for 1 second then it rests. i know im a dick but try it and make a new vide

  • u need a wider grip and pinch ur shoulders back on that bench press bro and never hang dead on a pull up. ur squat needs improvement. feet infront knees forward and sit up like ur gettin out of a chair not just straight up. and rest the bar lower on ur traps.

  • i can feel it better without my thumb as well but like freddylt41 said it's risky with heavy weight but if it doesn't concern you then keep it up! whatever works best!
