In the US, editors are allowed to take out whatever they want, as long as it dosen't change the meaning of the article. In China, whole articles are pulled and their authors are arrested if they go to far to critisize the government. Several games have been banned in China because they portray the Chinese government or military in a bad light. How can we trust the Chinese if they would not let reporters into Tibet to report on the situation.

Some issues are too big and complex to discuss on youtube. China becomes more and more opens to west since 1980s. Western medias praised Chinese in 1980s but suddenly viewed China as the biggest evil after Soviet collapse, and then claim China as a share holder after 911. I have to say ALL medias are far away from objectiveness.

What big deal with these Chinese protesting and throwing their obtained weapons back! Just ABC beginners' show compared with our "friendly" visit by Korean farmers in HK. No big
deal, 40 of HK police got injured only. Our "friendly" farmers went back home happy after another apology show.

Chinese gvn kept medias open in 3/14 when riots happened. But what did Chinese receive from western medias? Distortions and Smearing! e.g. Numerous western medias used photos Napal and Indian polices to blame Chinese gvn for supressing Tibetan
Three days ago, hundreds of Chinese gathered just in front of CNN headquarter to protest CNN's media distortion and bashing Chinese. Did you hear anything from CNN about that?

Every case is unique, of course. About Tibet, again, it is great if you have chance to see by yourself in Tibet. 0.1M or so exiled Tibetans voices should be heard. Nevertheless, have you heard about 3M ppl's voices in Tibet? Have you heard about 1,300M ppl's voices?
Iraq has nothing to do with 9/11. If you want to save some lives by preemptive strikes and kill more innocents, that is immoral.
