Almost two years later, still trying to find a tenori-on in Canada for anything like a fair price, never mind a snow. Maybe someday when they're considered antiques... :P
The Tenori On is actually really simple to use. That was the intention of the inventor: for anyone to be able to pick up and play it. In some ways it is limited but also is a great tool for immediate and fun interface with other synths (as well as a stand-alone synth in its own right.)

Great sounds I was thinking of getting a snow rack mount. I need a good synth for pad like sounds and atmospheres. Digital just isn't the same.

Don't apologize, sounds pretty good! ;-)
I guess the TI Snow is the only instrument with enough white LEDs to match the Tenori on at this point... sonic wise it seems a nice pairing too.

Thanks for the kind words! You know you can buy a Tenori On directly from Yamaha for $999 USD? They also pop up on ebay weekly for less than new.

Really great, but I have no clue how that ternori-on works. I think its too strange for me, but I definitively buy me a virus snow.
