Has anyone heard anything about the webisodes that they said they were going to make a few years ago? They said that they were going to make webisodes dealing with John and Erins son, Dhargo, incase you didn't know.
Being a huge Sci-Fi fan I had to watch this show and Wow! Farscape is masterpiece. The biggest strength of it is emotional/sexual chemistry between the cast. I love Crichton, Aeryn, Chiana, Zhaan, Pilot, Jool etc Sikozu was the only one annoying character. Zhaan should have been in all 4 seasons. She was the most unique character.
Farscape is one of my fav Sci-Fi shows (along with The X Files, Babylon 5, Robocop The Series, Lexx, The 4400, Torchwood, Earth: Final Conflict, TekWar, SeaQuest etc)
I still need the full third season. And want it . But its not available in DK. Because its import... WTF!!!! Thank you, my American soon to be hubbie! Americans can bye the whole series for 70$!!!!!! Why does good things come at a high price in Europe?
@Phlupple Firefly and Farscape are just different. The characters in both are easy to relate to, but Firefly wasn't given the chance for its characters to be developed far enough for one of them, for instance, to go insane as Crighton has in Farscape by Season 3.
this was a very good show i loved it a lot but, like most sci fi shows it was bound to have a limited life span becuase basicly shows like this and star trek,battle star galectica, stargate, babylon five, and firefly all lack variety and are limited to the parimeters of their storylines. Doctor who is the worlds perfect sci fi series becuase it is a flexible medium and its format is always changing so that it never gets caught in a writers rut thats why it has lasted for so many years.
God i love farscape, i've seen it 3 times over and its still somehow fresh. Its more original that most other sci fi shows out there. I'm just pissed off that they didnt make it to season 5 -.-

@au25 I just finished this series the other day (sad day, watching PKW... no more farscape now :( ) But what I thought made this series worked was that it didn't take itself too seriously where other sci-fi series did which made them unintentional camp. Farscape knew not to take itself too seriously and it worked. They obviously had fun making it, creating new stories and just having fun with it and it showed in every episode (even the ones that failed).

I do think that it took more risks than "Firefly" despite the fact that the very premise of a western set in space had a lot of inherent problems that eventually sank it.

FireFly is relistic like there being no sound in space and how the main language is english and mandarin
StarTrek gos into more detail on whats happning like how big there worm hole is and how faraway they are from it.
Also want to add that if every sci fi like FarScap was relistic there would be no sound in space no time travile (because it make no sence) and no sex with other races.

I love this opening sequence. The changed monologue works really good, the music is still great, the expanded cast is cool and it just looks much more mature and serious.

Yeah true, nothing has come close to this. Andromeda, Firefly and so on are PURE SHIT in my opinion. Firefly is redneck shit, space pirate rip-off, gutter licking crap. Andromeda tries to be funny in that American fail kind of way, and has SHIT acting all the time from just about every cast member.
But Farscape was exceptional. Great performances (especially Waye Pygram) throughout the entire run of he show. And the story NEVER got dull. Best science fiction ever.

What a great sci-fi! Haven't seen The Peacekeeper Wars yet though. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS TO JOHN AND AERYN! Hehe
