Oh dude I absolutely love it. Had it for about a year and a half now. I actually recently took it off a few months ago to test myself. Turns out, I started to miss it immediately. :) It went back on the next week.

If you install it on your car, I bet you'll succumb to its addictive powers.

The only thing to look out for is that your exhaust hangers might be too long and rub against the frame, but that 's an easy fix with a dremel tool. Some people have that problem, others don't. Hope that helps

Installation only cost me the time it took to put it on, with the help of a friend.

If you want it installed by someone else though, it'll probably run you like 50-100 bucks at Midas or something.

Depends on what you want really. There's not a ton of options as far as power goes. A couple different forced induction kits, and a ton of bolt-ons. If you'd rather handle better, there's tons of options. :)

I havnt wanted a Civic since my 95 coupe ex, now I want a 08-09 si sedan and i think this is the catback for me.

My chic has a 08 TC turboed with a 3 inch with a Apex'i N1 muffler, trust me this is not bad as for loud.

we have a ton of roads like that here in SoCal.

Yeah, it's very loud. You get used to it though.

I think I'm going back to the stock exhaust for the winter though, because it's really loud at 8 in the morning when you cold start in 40 degree weather. I'll break the Skunk2 out again when it gets warmer.

Fastest I've done with the exhaust was 15.0 flat, but I haven't been to the track since I installed the SRI, so I'm not sure how fast I'm running now.

I can see your point, but that wouldn't make it rice in my book. If it didn't have any effect on the car's performance that might make sense, but it does. Additionally, it'll help lay the groundwork for when I eventually go forced induction. I'll want bigger piping, and now it's already in place.

The engine is a honda K20Z3. At the time of this video, the only (engine related) mod done to the car was the exhaust system. Now, I have a Fujita Short Ram Intake system. Be on the lookout for a new video with the intake ;-)

Hey guys,

If you're interested in purchasing the exhaust, I got mine from a company called CorSport. Just search for the website since I can't post links.

Installation is easy enough to do on your own, but if you prefer to have it installed, any muffler shop can do it.

Also, NO CUTTING OR WELDING IS REQUIRED, so if the muffler shop tells you that, they are trying to get more money out of you.

Yeah, it is astonishingly loud, and it can be a pain at 70+mph on the highway, but to be honest, I got used to it after about a week. During moments like this, I actually find myself wishing it was even louder! haha
