Lower Lake High School Concert Band: Jubilations

We're playing this song for festival and the trumpets and saxophones are way too loud. I'm the only oboe player and it's so hard to play my part louder than them. Ugh, they need to quiet down! This band did a wonderful job!

lets just say i have to carry my trumpet section. one doesnt try and thinks hes good enough and the other just learned this year.

@24farmgal I hate when people are like that. They think they are better than they really are. What you should do is record them playing badly and say, "Now do you believe you need my help? lol Worked for us.

most trumpet players have big egos and think they are really good but theyre not. i know that for a fact! i had to put up with one. other than that mess up at the start you did well.

yiiikeess!! thats a disaster! and you could tell when the 2nd trumpets messed up like on messures 7 and 8. we're performing this song. imuna put it on like on tuesday or so. the concert is tuesday. and plus our band has 54 kidss.
