What type of anchors did you use to hang your rings, ropes and whatever else from the ceiling? I am always scared that they will rip out and I will fall on my head. Thanks
Its really cool. I used to go to santa monica or other parks to climb rope. This whole set up had never occurred to me. The ceiling of my garage is really high so I cant wait to set this up. I just gotta figure out how you looped it all up.
Ralf: this is a great workout and what many people lack is proper training (ie: their bodies) before competitions. Stamina and Strength will take you far when your technique fails. It is about balance. Body and Mind!

It is solid, good for 2000lb pressure each side:)

yeah it will wake you up in the morning;)
We warm up for 5-10min before the circuit , and cool down with stretching!
