  • What type of anchors did you use to hang your rings, ropes and whatever else from the ceiling? I am always scared that they will rip out and I will fall on my head. Thanks

  • Its really cool. I used to go to santa monica or other parks to climb rope. This whole set up had never occurred to me. The ceiling of my garage is really high so I cant wait to set this up. I just gotta figure out how you looped it all up.

  • No! I started about two years ago ( with 43), it is not that difficult if you build it up slowly;)

  • Ralf: this is a great workout and what many people lack is proper training (ie: their bodies) before competitions. Stamina and Strength will take you far when your technique fails. It is about balance. Body and Mind!

  • THX brother, I 100% agree! It feels good to be able to go full power during the hole fight! It gives me lots of confidence and I can force my opponents to make mistakes and get the better position or submission;)

    We warm up for 5-10min before the circuit , and cool down with stretching!
