  • Be really really careful with those shoes. Its lack of cushioning is good, but due to our lifetime of wearing shoes, we are often not even strong enough to handle simple jogging, not to even say putting ur feet in different levels of impacts. r u one of the guy at the beginner workshop at redhill - moving singapore?

  • @traceurstan91 Hey thanks for commenting. Yeah I was on of the beginners who attended the workshop. I've been running barefoot since young and have done a few marathons barefoot. But I do understand what you mean, especially with the drops and all. Thanks! Will definitely take note of that when I train.
