Um, yea they can!!! only like 3 ppl from capcom arnt from a SF game. 3 from SNK arnt seen on KOF. basically, this is jus SF vs. KOF. 48 characters aint enough.

You can't have a fighting game with 50+ characters without having crazy balance issues (MvC2, MKA, hell even Mugen). That's why Virtua Fighter has such a small roster. They have to maintain a stable roster and nobody has done that so far with 50+ characters. They couldve replaced some characters though (do we need Eagle? Raiden? Vice? Todoh? etc)

Also, have your sister learn Kyosuke's air combo if she intends to use his Lightning Upper super only. There were a few opportunities for her to use other supers to put in more damage.

Otherwise, excellent fight. Not everyday you get to see people play Kyosuke.
