Please someone help me, I don't have a great computer but it works really well, But I can't get fraps to run non laggy, My server isn't laggy at all and my computer does not lag either but Fraps just starts lagging only Minecraft... Help?

@Camy415 fraps reduces the fps on minecraft, this is why it's laggy. try going into the options then video settings on minecraft, having fast graphics, advanced opengl on, a low render distance, view bobbing off and i'm guessing perofrmance on max fps. then set fraps to around 30 fps and it should not be laggy.
