  • You should use a rod instead of a roller... The roller is to heavy, which makes it more fragile and the edges more uneven...

  • Just finished making the thanksgiving batch! Interesting how you move the lefse from the board to the griddle--never thought of rolling it up that way. I'll have to try that at christmas!
